Launched in April of 2008, Hatefiring is a new resource website for managers, employers, HR executives, business owners and anyone involved in employee recruitment, selection, retention and development.

hatefiring.com is led by veteran consultant Vince Murdico, CPBA, CPVA, CAIA, TriMetrix Certified and owned by StrategyHead Consulting, LLC, a Southern California based business consulting group that has worked with a broad spectrum of industries including government agencies, private institutions, advertising agencies, start-ups, hospitals, service industries, professional service organizations, family owned businesses, government agencies, manufacturers, commercial construction and professional athletics organizations.

As an exercise in out-of-the-box thinking, Hatefiring hired Southern California based Supercool Creative and SpotZero/ Los Angeles to write and produce a series of hilarious yet poignant worst case scenario online video spots designed to draw attention to the value of assessments in the workplace echoing the mantra "Know Whom You're Hiring."

Nobody enjoys letting an employee go and through the use of behavior, values and personal skills assessments along with a thorough interviewing process, managers find that they are better equipped to find the right people and keep them.
